Our Story

Who We Are

Connecting Dots Initiative (CDI) is a youth-focused, non-governmental, and non-profit organization dedicated to empowering the next generation. We believe that young people are powerful agents of transformation capable of leading positive change in their communities.

By promoting collaboration among youth groups, civil society organizations, and individuals, we work to advance education, social justice, and sustainable development. Our team is composed of experienced professionals and passionate volunteers with expertise in leadership development, human rights advocacy, gender equality, and peacebuilding.

 

Why We Started

Many communities today face deep-seated challenges, including conflict, inequality, and limited educational opportunities. Despite being the most affected by these issues, young people remain significantly underrepresented in leadership and policy-making spaces.

CDI was established to bridge this gap. We believe that investing in youth capacity building and providing the right platforms allows young people to address pressing social challenges, strengthen democratic institutions, and contribute to long-term economic growth.
